bot•hello is proud to announce the launch of the Apéro Label Messenger Chatbot. Apéro is a boutique Australian ladies fashion brand. The chatbot was designed to assist with customer service queries, to help customers find products, and to drive sales.

Significant features include a customised outfit finder, API integrations which allow Apéro’s catalogue to be searchable in the app, a stockist finder and ability to initiate an item return.
