bot•hello launches Splendour in the Grass 2020 Chatbot

bot•hello is proud to announce the launch of the Splendour in the Grass Messenger Chatbot. In collaboration with Secret Sounds and Bolster, the bot is designed to assist with customer service queries in the leadup to, during and after the festival.

This bot is one of our most advanced in terms of its Natural Language Processing engine. All structured FAQs, queries, intents, entities, and phrases are 100% data-driven through a backdated analysis of the SITG 2019 Inbox. —Sean Melis, Director @ bot•hello

Significant features include advanced Natural Language Processing and a ticket reminder system which notifies users when festival tickets go on sale.

In 2020, Splendour in the Grass celebrates its 20th year. The festival is to be held in the North Byron Parklands on the 24-26th of July.
